Before we begin, we will choose the colour, cut, and overall look together.

Changing your mind multiple times during the process can affect the final result and may involve extra cost.

2. Realistic & Honest Advice

I will always communicate honestly about what is achievable with your hair type and length.

If something is not possible, I will recommend the best alternative.

3. My Time Matters Too

Transformations and multiple corrections require time.

Please arrive knowing the style you want so the appointment can run smoothly and efficiently.

4. Payments Are for My Time and Work

I use high-quality products and put great care into every service.

If you approve and leave the appointment satisfied, we cannot accept complaints afterward.

Refunds are not offered once the service is completed.

5. Respect Goes Both Ways

I maintain a positive and professional environment, and I appreciate the same from all clients.

Respectful communication is expected at all times.

6. Kindness and Respect Are Essential

If a client speaks in a rude, aggressive, or disrespectful manner, we reserve the right to end the conversation, decline the request, and remove the individual from our client list.
