1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delays may occur during busy periods; we will notify you if significant.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery generally takes 15–60 days, depending on supplier and postal conditions.

Times are estimates only and may vary due to customs or international factors beyond our control.

3. Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your address is correct.

We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

4. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order is delayed or lost, contact us and we will liaise with our supplier.

We cannot control courier delays but will assist where possible.

5. Damaged Items

Report damage within 48 hours with photos or video.

If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or credit under our Refund & Return Policy.

6. International Orders & Customs

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees.

We have no control over these charges or related delays.

7. Tracking

Please note that we do not offer tracking services for shipped orders. Once an order has been dispatched, Raheleh-Haircraft is not responsible for providing tracking updates or monitoring delivery progress.

8. Order Not Received

If you have not received your order within 60 days, contact us for review.
